It's a beautiful morning to kayak! The weather is nice and cool this morning, although a little overcast. The kayakers set off in good time this morning and were recharged for another day of kayaking.

There are 10 kayaks carrying 11 people up the Rideau Canal for Kayaking for Cancer: Kevin, Kurt, Rick, Travis, Andrew, Steve, Kelly, Ron, Terrie, Len and Graham. Plus, Joe is following them in a support boat. Then, there are three support vehicles with a road crew (Micheline, Rain, Mary, Jessie, Melissa, Ann & Lynn) hauling food and camping gear. It's quite a trip!

So far, we've estimated that we've raised close to $20,000 in pledges and donations and we're not stopping there! On Sunday we'll let you know how much we've raised in total!
