We headed into the southern entrance of The Rideau Canal, continuing to the first set of locks at Kingston Mills. The canal traffic held up the support boat, so lunch had to be delayed.  They had to play catch up with kayakers.  Lunch today was compliments of Candice VandenTillaart.

After lunch, we continued up the Cataraqui River to Lower Brewers locks where we stopped for the night. We paddled 23 km today.
