Welcome back to our ninth consecutive year of Kayaking for Cancer!

The summer of 2009 has finally arrived. Today is going to be sunny and hot and the weather looks good for the rest of the trip as well. We leave Rideau Ferry starting the longest day of the trip. Today we will kayak 41 kilometres before reaching Merrickville, tonight's destination. Along the way we stop at Smiths Falls for lunch. Once again lunch is prepared by Elma & Gus Heidemann, Jennifer Brown, Sheri Camillone and Lidia Lefebre. Thank you very much.
