Celebrating our 25th Year in 2025!

It’s a time for celebration! This year is Kayaking for Cancer’s 25th Anniversary of paddling the Rideau Canal in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.

But, this year we have a REALLY BIG GOAL – we aim to reach a grand total of $1 MILLION dollars raised for the Canadian Cancer Society over our 25 years of kayaking.

K4C 2025 is now completed, however, our work isn't done...as of now $86,873 has been raised for the Canadian Cancer Society, and we'll continue to accept donations in our 25th Anniversary year, in the hopes of making our target of $122,000.

Little by little, bit by bit, we hope to make this happen in 2025!

K4C 2025 Map & Schedule

Kayaking for Cancer launches on the second weekend of August, with kayakers paddling the 202 km of the Rideau Canal over eight days. The kayakers depart from the Kingston Rowing Club (Cataraqui Canoe Club) on Saturday morning, and arrive at the top of the Ottawa Locks on the following Saturday afternoon.
